The best I could have hoped for was the carpets looking and smelling cleaner. I was jumping for joy when I saw that they also were able to remove stains that were many years old. I worked on getting those stains up every time someone recommended a product they had good experience with; however I was unsuccessful. The employee that came out was very professional and had the utmost work integrity.

MW did a fantastic job on our carpet. Very professional and responsive. When carpet dried there were a few spots that popped up and MW came back immediately and redid that area. Great company.

These guys, wow. They pre-sprayed everything, waited for the detergent to work, and SCRUBBED the carpets. I mean scrubbed. For hours. I’ll never use anyone else but these guys. Polite, thorough, and they worked hard. Like… no eating, no breaks, sweating in a sauna… hard. Extremely impressed!!

I was so pleased with the results of the carpet and furniture cleaning provided! The results certainly exceeded my expectations. I had 2 areas on my carpet where an old hot water tank had been set and left a black ring. Had the carpet professionally cleaned but the spots kept coming back. Could not recommend enough! The communication is on point and we did the tier 3 due to having dogs. The smell was amazing! Strong at first but it lasts FOREVER. Our couches and chairs feel and look like brand new. Will be using them every 6-12 months for upkeep!

Moving into new home, carpet showed signs of smoker/dogs. Workers are very nice, worked quickly but made sure to be thorough. Carpet turned out really good for its age and wear. The basement carpet i didnt know it was a green/blue. It was brown before. Highly recommend MW.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I called requesting a next day service and honestly thought there would be no possible way they could get to me in time. I was wrong, the technician showed up on time and was extremely professional and even took the time to explain a few options for me. The work performed was above my expectations as the area cleaned had a sizeable stain. By the time he was done it was completely removed. We CANNOT be more impressed with these guys. Fantastic from beginning to end. We purchased a new house and the carpets were yucky, all my questions received answers along with education. They called on their way, were very careful around wood work, were extremely thorough in the process of cleaning, as well as explaining the process they were doing and came in under price compared to other quotes. We will be hiring again for power washing soon and will for sure use them again!!!! Hire them now!!!!

Ryan was prompt, courteous and professional. I have white carpet on my stairs which over time developed soil along the edges. He was able to remove and the stairs look great. Teal carpet in the bedroom is old and has stains from my dog as he aged. Carpet looked good until it dried completely. This is no fault of Ryan’s and the carpet will not need to be replaced for awhile. Overall results were satisfactory and I would use his services again.

Best carpet cleaner around. Scheduled Stanley Steemer, they came out and did a so called cleaning of my carpet and it was horrible. Called MW cleaning and they sent out 2 techs the same day Stanley tried and failed. They were friendly and explained the process very well. They got to work and the results were perfection. Clean carpet and a job well done. Will be coming back again and I recommend them to all. These guys are the real deal!!!
